Distribution

As the company has grown, so has the need to improve its worldwide distribution. In 1987, Easton designed and built a 100,000 square-foot high bay, automated warehouse and distribution facility in Salt Lake City. Situated on a 10-acre site, the Distribution Center warehouses, receives and ships products to customers and the Easton Canadian warehouse.

The computer-controlled center features a computerized forklift picking system that operates within 20 narrow aisles transporting products to an automated tilt tray sorting system. This highly efficient system can handle up to 3,000 cases per hour.
