Benefits

Easton Sports has a very competitive and comprehensive group of employee benefit plans designed for our employees and their dependents, including planning for retirement. The Company believes the diverse needs of its employees can best be met by offering a variety of employee benefits and contributing to their costs. The Company pays the entire cost for the basic life insurance. On the medical and dental plans, Easton pays the majority of the monthly premiums for coverage. Employees will pay the rest through a pre-tax payroll deduction. If our employees want to purchase additional supplemental life insurance or if they want to participate in the Flex Plan, they may pay the cost through pre-tax payroll contributions. 401(k) deferrals from employee paychecks are also done pre-tax.
