Easton Training Camp

In an effort to continually develop the strength of our bench and make us more competitive as an organization, we are pleased to offer Easton Training Camp. Easton Training Camp is our company training and development program.

The vision of Easton Training Camp is to help train and develop its employees in order to be successful in their current roles, and to provide learning opportunities to allow employees to be prepared for future roles within Easton.

Easton Training Camp is comprised of various segments including leadership, team, coaching and technical skills. The overall mission of the Easton Training Camp is Making Good . . . GREAT!

Discount Cards / Membership

Easton offers all eligible full-time and part-time employees discounts to local amusement parks, store memberships and credit union membership.

Condo Usage

All managers, directors, executives and equivalents of Easton are allowed free usage of the furnished company condo located in Mammoth, California after completing 30 days of service. The condo is available year-round on a first come first serve basis and requires a reservation. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of the city near the ski lifts, shopping areas and local attractions. Skiers can enjoy the condo during the winter months, and hikers/bikers can enjoy the scenery during the summer months.

Educational Assistance

Easton's educational assistance program is designed to encourage eligible employees to obtain education in subjects and fields that relate to their present job and Easton's operations. All regular full-time employees are eligible to apply after completing 12 months of continuous full-time employment.

Approved courses will be reimbursed at the current reimbursement policy limits.

Purchase of Easton Products

Easton offers a product purchase program in which all eligible employees can purchase our cool Easton products at a discount. Easton products manufactured at other Easton subsidiaries are also available at discount rates.

On-site Fitness Center (Van Nuys Facility)

Being a health conscious company, Easton offers all eligible employees a fitness center available on site at no charge to employees. Spouses are also eligible to attend. Easton's fitness center offers a variety of events such as aerobics classes, workout programming, Lifecycles, Stairmasters, nautilus equipment, free weights, basketball, exercise contests and extra-curricular activities. The fitness center is a good way to socialize with co-workers as well as maintain a healthy lifestyle.

• Aerobics Programs
  Easton offers energetic instructors teaching a variety of classes. Aerobic exercise has been proven to increase energy, increase self-esteem, lower resting heart rate, reduce stress and metabolize fat.
• Workout Programs
  Individual workout programs are available that emphasize your own pace and are focused on goals and abilities. Programs can be arranged for muscle toning, strength, weight loss, bodybuilding and cardiovascular workouts.

Extra-curricular Programs

The following extra-curricular programs are available: Volleyball, Basketball League, Ice Hockey, Softball, Golf League and Golf Tournament.

Special Events

Easton Sports recognizes its long-standing employees with special recognition award programs for employees who complete 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years etc. with Easton. Special social events are held during various times of the year to encourage teamwork and friendship.

Casual Fridays

Easton allows Fridays as a casual day for all office employees.

Employee Newsletter

Easton provides a company newsletter for its employees to enjoy bi-monthly. The newsletter informs all employees of all the cool things, activities, birthdays, work anniversary dates and events that are going on within the company.

Fun Work Environment

Easton is a sports-minded organization. The sports environment enhances cooperation and improves our work environment and commitment.

Plant and Office Tours

Part of the new hire orientation process is to provide new employees with a tour of Easton's manufacturing and operations facilities. This is done to better familiarize the employee with the company. The tour enhances knowledge of product, manufacturing processes, and overall valuable information on the various teams that work at Easton.

Ride Share Incentives

To help protect the environment Easton encourages its employees to participate in ride sharing. Ride sharing participants are awarded incentives and gifts to continue doing their part in reducing the amount of cars on the road.
